- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.
- Change of mind, size, or design preferences will not be considered valid reasons for return.
- Time Frame
- You must report the damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests received after 24 hours will not be entertained.
- Unboxing Video Mandatory
- To initiate a return, you must share a clear unboxing video from the moment you start opening the package.
- This video is compulsory for us to process your request.
- Replacement Policy
- In case of a valid claim, we will offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
- If the same product is unavailable, you may choose a different product of equal value.
- No Monetary Refunds
- Please note that we do not offer money refunds.
- Only product exchange or replacement is possible.
- Sale Products
- No return or exchange will be accepted for items purchased during a sale, offer, or discount period.
- Shipping Charges
- A shipping fee of ₹500/- will be deducted from the replacement order as return handling charges.
How to Request a Return?
- Email us at info@kadambarijewels.in with your order details and attach the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
- Our team will verify the video and details, and confirm if your return request is approved.
- Once approved, you can ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging.
